Spectrometer for Reflection Measurement - SPECTRA 2100
SPECTRA 2100 (download
datasheet (122kB)) is a fiber coupled VIS spectrometer with a reflection
measuring head. The main application is the stationary quality control of
reflecting products like mirrors. The device is characterized by an excellent
straylight performance, high sensitivity and small dimensions.
SPECTRA 2100 is offered in two versions:
The RS232 version supplied
with a PC cable and a power supply. The instrument automatically detects the COM
port. Thus problems during installation are avoided.
The USB version (under development) can
easily be connected with an USB port of the PC and the measurement can be
started immediately - a real plug and play solution. The device is bus
powered.
The software ATX SPECTRA is suited for spectra acquisition and
reflection/absorbance calculations. Single and continuous measurement modes as
well as averaging are possible.
Data can be exported to Excel spread sheets
and to ASCII files.

The device can be delivered with
customer specific reflection measuring heads, e.g. separated illuminating and
receiving fiber. |
