 기능 (ASSIGNMENT)

The unit of primary converter (BPP) of MGL-19M-1 is assigned for carbon oxide (CO) continuous measurements in non hazardous area in the working zone air.
BPP of MGL-19M-1 satisfies all the requirements of Gosgortehnadsor 12-341-00.
The output linear current signal is established in the range 4 - 20 or 0 - 5 mA
(according to customer’s preliminary choice).
Maximal distance from BPP to secondary indicating devices (data process unit or ammeter) does not exceed 500 m.
The analyzable component concentration is defined by the calculation way when the BPP is operating (mg/m3 or % vol.)

 운용원리 (THE OPERATION PRINCIPLE)

The electrochemical method of detection is in the basis of analyzer operation. Electrochemical sensor is used as a sensitive element. Measurable gas enters the sensor by diffusion and causes electrical current in electrodes, proportional to the gas concentration. This current proceeds through loaded resistor. Voltage from load resistor is amplified, standardized and comes in voltage-current transformer. The current value is an analytical signal for measurement of analyzed gas concentration.

 DEVICE FUNCTIONALITIES AND FEATURES

The instrument is executed in plastic case with a transparent cover (dust, water and blow resist perfomance). It has a fixing elements for wall mounting, light emitting diode (LED), showing the power feed presence (~ 220 V, 50 Hz) and two LEDs to indicate the switching-on of the alarm system analyzable component established levels. The keys "Калибровка", "+", "-" и "Уст.0" are necessary to carry out the analyzer calibrating. There is the key of the sound alarm switching-off on the lateral panel (“Сброс”).

BPP of "MGL-19M" model has two levels of alarm system switching-on, established on the factory: “порог 1” (level 1) corresponds the analyzable gas extreme allowable concentration (ПДК) in the working zone air СO -20 mg/m³, “порог 2” corresponds the 5 values of analyzable gas ПДК:

Alarm relay contacts provides the commuted devices connection (sound and light alarm, the control of external executive device by means of the relay contacts). Maximal commuted current is 2 A, voltage – 120 V.

Calibration interval is 6 months
Main calibration interval – 1 year.
